Carl is a retired Police Chief from two separate communities with 36 years of Law Enforcement experience and 19 years of security consulting for the private security industry. Carl has also remained the Chief of Security for the North American International Auto show for 19 years. He continues his training and education by participating in courses from the state and national levels of law enforcement. He is dedicated to establishing and maintaining local, national, and state law enforcement relationships.

Stacey is a self-directed financial leader with a demonstrated record of success in quickly adapting to new roles with dynamic priorities and in many industries throughout career. These have included direct roles in the insurance, military, construction, and service companies, along with exposure to numerous others. She has a strong foundation in financial analysis and reporting, project management, audit, ERP Financial system conversions, continuous process improvement and cultivating relationships. She is also a highly organized team player with outstanding attention to detail and excellent written, as well as verbal, communication skills.

Stacey graduated from Baker College with Cum Laude honors in Business, Marketing and Finance and holds a certificate in Human Resources. She has been in the accounting industry for over 25 years.

Ken has worked for NAIAS Security since the company was founded in 2013. He has been promoted from Assistant Operations Manager to Regional and State Operations Manager.

Ken has proven himself to be an asset to the organization and has a great repour with our customers and employees.

LeeAnn is a highly organized administrator with several years of experience. LeeAnn is exceptionally reliable, quick skill building and flawless customer relations skills. A result driven individual who is able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines without compromising quality. She oversees the HR, Sales, and Administration functions in the office.

LeeAnn has graduated from Walsh College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Mary enjoys her role as a Fingerprint Technician where she oversees the LiveScan fingerprinting department at our Troy location.
